ETHICALLY SOURCED...
We provide ethically sourced coffee because it matters to us where our coffee beans come from. Our supplier travels around the world and personally knows the farmers who grow our beans.
OUR COFFEES...
We typically roast our beans to a City roast (medium).
We have a great blend that brews nicely in a French Press or Chemex / pour-over (it's great in a conventional drip coffee-maker too) but also pulls a fantastic shot of espresso. "Reverend Blend" is typically a blend of Central American / South American beans.
We also roast some single origin coffees from Brazil, Mexico, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Myanmar.
If you need a decaf bean, we roast a
Swiss Water Process Peruvian bean.
