Coffee Packaging
Our coffee is packaged (the same day it's roasted) in our coffee bags that will keep your beans as fresh as possible. Our bags come sealed airtight, have a zip-lock so you can reseal your beans after you've opened the bag, and a de-gassing valve to allow the fresh beans to "off-gas".
Roasting Day
We typically roast our beans on Tuesdays . All orders received by Monday evening will be roasted that week. Orders received after Monday evening will be roasted the following week.

- We'll ship your beans right after we've roasted them (Canada only): 12oz / 340g bags
- Shipping cost for 1-2 bags ~ C$20.00
- Shipping cost for 3-8 bags ~ C$ 35.00
- Shipping cost for 9-12 bags ~ C$ 39.00
Curb Side Pickup
We'll give you a shout when your beans are ready and we'll be happy to meet you to deliver your fresh beans to you.
